Staying here was easy as the staff was so gracious and helpful. The nearby main plaza and saint peter the apostle catholic church made for easy walking explorations right outside my door.

The location right off of I-10 made for easy access to the freeway. There were several restaurants within walking distance as well as a nice grocery store.

The lock on the door was very loose. The sheets were very worn. The carpet was dirty. The room did not seem clean and fresh. There was a strong odor of air freshener in the room which made me concerned about what smells they were trying to cover up.

Beautifully maintained and brand-new rooms!

Excellent base for 4 nights with amazingly attentive staff at reception desk. Luxurious and quiet hotel close to highway in Boerne.

That the staff was very friendly and willing to help you right away. Also that the room was very clean and that the price was right.

Checked in by Rahul who was courteous and accomodating. All encounters with him over the three day stay were pleasant, informative and helpful. The continental breakfast offered various options. All food offered seemed fresh and appetizing. The soap container in the shower had very little soap in it and needs to be refilled in room 121. All in all I found the Inn to be well-run and with an atmosphere of "welcome" prevailing. If I were ever in Boerne in the future I would gladly return to ABVIB.

I come to boerne once a month and always stay there

The daily breakfast was very enjoyable. A good selection of items. No shortages. The front-desk staff tried their best to be helpful.

There was NO HBO, as was advertized. Just basic cable. No housekeeping was done on our last day/night. Had to ask for towels, soap, etc. Had to make my own bed!! The bathroom sink leaked so badly that I had to keep a wash cloth around it or everything sitting on the sink would be soaked.

The room was clean and the refrigerator worked well.

The airconditioner did not work at all and it was soooo HOT!!!! instead of offering us another room they just gave us a fan.

Price & location

A bit dated decor and furnishings, but they provided a flat screen TV.

Staff was very friendly, however bed wasnt the most comfortable. On king size bed had 3 tiny pillows, but other than that wasn't a bad stay

This place was just a suitable option for strolling around in Boerne with great value-to-price ratio. Clean room with tile floors was a plus, no musty carpet smell at all. Make sure to check if the bathroom needs maintenance before settling in.

This hotel made the Motel 6 look like the Ritz Carlton. It was in no particular order, smelly, had thin towels, tepid water temp., The light over the sink went out and on randomly. We will never stay at anotjer Americas Best Value Inn.

I liked the location as far as proximity to the wedding we were attending

It was grossly overpriced for the actual value of the room and amenities, the bathroom was dirty to the point that we wouldn't go in without shoes on, there were dead beetles on the floor right when we first walked in, the room smelled, and the beds were not comfortable. A male member of the housekeeping staff also pushed our door open before we could answer the knock when we were dressing so my friends and I had to scramble to get articles of clothing on before he saw us. We could've stayed at a much better hotel for not much more money

Not quite what I expected

So I stayed for 1 night and checked in with a super nice front desk guy. The room was clean, but the grab-and-go breakfast was kinda a letdown. Oh, and my AC didn't keep up with the Texas heat, not fun. The restroom had a weird smoke smell, even though it was non-smoking.

This hotel was luxury, with excellent service and amazing location right on the beach. Location near to San Antonio for spring break, several stores and restaurants and downtown shops. Nearby Chili's Grill & Bar - great place to chill out. A really great way to end my weekend...
